Fill out the order form and send it in
First download the order form to your hard drive. Fill it out and email it to "order @ triyana.ca". You will need to indicate which Paigebook you wish to order and the number of copies you want to receive.

Pay the deposit
Once we’ve had our initial consultation, we will invoice you for 50% of the total price of your order. This acts as a deposit to reserve your press time and is non-refundable. During the consultation we will confirm the logo placement and the description of your fundraising goal which will be added to the back cover of the book.

Approve the back cover and pay the remaining balance.
Once we have confirmed the information, we will prepare a full colour proof a the back cover for your approval.

Things you need to know when ordering for fundraising
Changes
In order to keep the cost down and to allow non-profit organization to order small orders we work on a minimum printing order. This means that we need to confirm a certain amount of books before going to press. We will provide you with additional details during our discussion.
Once an order have been made and we have gone to press no more changes can be made.
Non-refundable deposit
The 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon ordering. This is 50% of your total order and also reserves your place on the press.
Final invoice
The final invoice will be sent to you prior to printing your order. No printing occurs until this invoice is paid. It will also include shipping costs if applicable.

No order is shipped until this invoice is paid. It will also include shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
All books are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that what you receive has no defect. If for a reason you have received books that are damaged we will exchange them. We do not offer refunds for any part of your order.
